DUBAI // Ana Ivanovic, as she confesses, all the time has a tune playing in her mind during matches. Last night, she should have most likely started with a candy melody, but then switched to some gloomy strain as she misplaced in three sets to Patty Schnyder.


Ivanovic was up a set and main three-zero in the second, when the music changed for her. A plethora of unforced errors followed and he or she ultimately bowed out of the Dubai Obligation Free Girls's Tennis Championship 6-four, 6-7, 2-6.


"I especially like the best way I came back," Schnyder stated after her win. "I stuck to my recreation plan. I could not execute it though in the first set and a half I guess.


"She is such a troublesome player. She puts a variety of stress together with her serve. It is like up and down, however when it is in, it's actually a big weapon. So I just tried to play the rally the way in which I wanted."


Schnyder started the match with an ace, but lost her serve within the fifth game. The Swiss, 32, however, fought back to stage at 3-three, but Ivanovic obtained the break she wanted within the ninth game after which served out for the set.


In the second set, Ivanovic received a break within the third, however dropped her serve within the sixth as Schynder took 12 of the 15 points in successful three video games in a row. The set finally went into the tiebreaker, which the Swiss gained 7-2.


At 5-2, Ivanovic challenged a line name, but the chair umpire ruled she was late. The Serb obtained into an argument over it and from then on never looked the identical player.
